This movie is Blunt!

Director Neeraj Pandey has taken a No-Nonsense approach doing justice to time and money spent by matured and learned audience. Like his other blockbusters; A Wednesday & Special 26, this movie is fast, crisp and a nail biter. These 2.5 hours are sure to keep you glued to the screen and faint out of curiosity. The story revolves around operations of various militant and terrorist organization and the way Indian Secret agencies respond to various threats. If you are an hardcore Salman OR SRK fan, this one’s probably not for you.

Akshay Kumar has given a splendid poker face performance, a type where action speaks louder than words. The supporting cast incl. of Danny and Anupam Kher have done what they do best, acting. We see a flip side of the Ti Amo fame, Rana Daggubati. He has presented himself in a more macho and ‘H’-ulky way adding a brute effect to the team. A few spoils though. We would have liked to see more of the character played by KK Menon who we all know is too talented to appear only for 7-10 mins in the entire screenplay. We personally feel, his character could have been presented strongly to bring out that ferocious terrorist look. We also see a good martial art sequence performed by Taapsee Pannu (Tollywood fame). She looks cute as well smile emoticon. However, its very subjective and in all it was an amazing experience to watch all the big guns perform in synergy.

We are not really expecting this movie to run into 75+ Crore club because its not for masses. Its for that audience who is in line with the present political happenings going on in India and wish something like this would work out taken the extradition treaties in consideration (or probably will be happening for all we know). There are few areas where the editors and sensor board have shown no mercy on the dialog and the situations. You will figure it out as you watch the movie. To sum it all up, it a super power packed performance and surely worth a watch.
